Cynthia Rushing

I was born in Mississppi, but transplanted to East Texas where I currently live with my husband and 4 children. I am a born again Spirit Filled Christian that believes the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, never-changing Word of God.

I hold a degree in healthcare administration and have worked in the industry for nearly twenty years and have used my experience and knowledge as a business development consultant and a healthcare administrator. I love the health care industry, especially my area, which is geriatrics. So many of our elderly citizens are pushed aside, kicked to the curb and forgotten about as if they have nothing useful to offer anymore. I view them as a wealth of knowledge to grow and learn from.

Although I love health care, I enjoy writing more. I have used writing to share my experiences as a single mother, then a failed first marriage that ended badly, and then through the trials, tribulations, joy, happiness of a wonderful second marriage. God has shown me some unique ways to apply His word to each and every situation I have been through that I believe removes the difficulty from living and walking in the Word of God.
