Russell Pettaway

For the past four years, Russell Pettaway has owned All in One Consulting Inc. in Carrollton, Virginia. As President, he oversees marketing, business development, and operational activities for the organization. Russell Pettaway has led All in One in fulfilling several contracts with the U.S. Navy, including one in which the firm partnered with a fellow contracting company. Navy officials expressed satisfaction with the firm's efforts in a letter of recognition. Mr. Pettaway's firm also provides expertise in SAP, from planning through training and execution, and supplies ongoing support when requested by clients.

Russell Pettaway holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Technology from Thomas Nelson Community College. At both institutions, he finished his courses with a 3.5 grade point average and graduated with honors. Mr. Pettaway also spent three years as a student at the Newport News Apprentice School of Shipbuilding, where he later served as a football coach for almost a decade.

Mr. Pettaway contributes to Still Hope Foundation, which assists single mothers, and he aided in raising money to fund a trip to the nation's capital for underserved children. In his spare time, he attends professional sporting events; he follows the Washington Wizards basketball team and the Pittsburgh Steelers. In addition, Mr. Pettaway dedicates time to coaching his sons' youth sports teams, including football and basketball, and he plays golf regularly.
