Joyce Rustenburg

I am the director of Tech For You. We are educators providing technical training for people with little or no computer experience. We maximize our offerings tailoring classes to client's needs. We are mobile.

I offer over twenty-five years of experience in computer training and industry use in many computers, operating systems and software applications and peripherals over the years. I enjoy reading computer manuals and social science texts in support of my own computer programming and research interests. I decided to open Tech For You to offer training for individuals and families in their own homes on their own equipment. Most of my clients have never had the opportunity to use computers in their jobs or have been retired awhile and technology has moved on, without them.

I seek to support seniors as they learn new technologies, connect with their friends and their families. Tech For You training is my answer to eliminate the barrier between seniors and their ability to access the new technologies. It usually takes a short series of lessons and then they are able to work on their own.
