I help companies tell stories and create experiences to better connect with their customers and build communities of ambassadors.

Companies that don't engage their customers eventually lose them.

I know this because I've worked for a number of different organizations and I've seen both non-profits and for-profits make the same mistakes.

They don't engage both online and offline communities. They don't tell their stories well and empower the influencers in their network to do the same. They think big without realizing that bold, audacious growth comes from intimate, steady engagement.

What makes me an expert?

I traveled throughout Southern and East Africa amplifying the stories of the women and families I met. I worked at the racetrack in East Boston documenting the lives of the undocumented. I interviewed President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, the first woman president in Africa, about what it means to be a true leader. I attended tweet-ups and rallies in Lebanon and Jordan, speaking to young entrepreneurs who were building innovative companies as a way to protest their authoritarian governments.

I have worked at small non-profits you probably have never heard of like the Chembe Aids Project in Malawi and I have also worked for those you have: Forbes, Dow Jones, the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, and the Tory Burch Foundation.

I am also an entrepreneur at heart, having launched two of my own initiatives, Ceasefire Liberia and Digitistas, with a focus on storytelling and community building as a way to shine a light on the everyday experts who you may not see on TV, but you should not miss out on hearing from.

I bring all of these experiences with me to my job with one goal: To grow businesses and leave the world a better place than I found it.

Here is a list of clients I have worked with:

JPMorgan Chase Foundation
New World Foundation
The Opportunity Agenda
Personal Capital
Monetate
OnSwipe
LaunchSquad

I am looking forward to working with you too!
