I am passionate about exploring how technology impacts on human behavior and thus influences our life, business, and society. Human-Machine Interaction has always been a driving theme in my career. After starting out in user research, I worked 7 years as UX designer, creating concepts for all kinds of digital solutions (mobile, e-commerce, communities, customer care, TV, etc.) and most recently I have worked at the CC Mobile Business at the University of St.Gallen, while pursuing my PhD in business innovation on the topic of digital business transformation strategies.

Now, I combine these experiences in UX design, research, and strategy to help organizations to discover new opportunities in the digital age and create better digital user experiences, products and services. I work with different agencies and companies in translating observations, research, and analysis of user needs, technological trends, and business requirements into actionable insights and compelling concepts for innovative solutions.

I have lead the Digital Maturity & Transformation study (www.digital-maturity.ch) for the past three years, co-organized the Mobile Business Forum (www.mbforum.ch), taught the course „Management in the Digital Economy“ at the University of St.Gallen, and published various articles and studies on digital business transformation.
