I am a Life & Business Coach, Charity Fundraiser, Cambridge Weight-Plan Consultant, Writer, Public Speaker and Creator & Organiser of the annual Pink Car Rally, which raises awareness of (and funds for) the Little Princess Trust charity, which gives 'real hair' wigs to children who lose their hair, primarily through chemotherapy. Voluntary work is my passion. I also work as an adviser to other charities.

Another of my fundraising initiatives was #AChorus4Corah which I created in January 2015 to help fund a wet-room for #CorahBethSlaney, a 16 year old songstress, who developed a terminal form of Mitochondrial Disease. Sadly Corah died in July 2015, but #AChorus4Corah continues to exist to help raise awareness of this awful disease, which kills more children than childhood cancer. #AChorus4Corah's latest appeal is #PleaseSendAChristmasCard2Kieran - Kieran is 18 years old. He has mitochondrial disease and is now bed-ridden and receiving palliative care. We are encouraging people from around the world to send Christmas Cards to Kieran, to help make him smile. The first few have arrived already. About me - I love life, live life and fill every second of every day! The only certainty in life is the moment we currently have...... and death. So don't waste it!
