Artist Manager. Musician. University Graduate.
Hello, my name is Sam and I am a 21 year old Artist Manager, Musician and University graduate from South Wales. I am a freelance Artist Manager and currently act as General Manager and Booking agent for the bands 'Here Lies The Enemy' and 'When We Were Wolves'. My main instrument is guitar, which I have been playing since I was 14 years old. I have just graduated from University where I studied BAHons Popular Music at the University of Glamorgan, ATRiuM Campus in Cardiff.
Over the last year I have been busy building up a reputation, constructing a portfolio of my work and networking with professionals in the music industry throughout South Wales by acting as manager for the band 'Buried In Alaska', volunteering at SWN Festival in Cardiff in October 2011 and flyering for Merthyr Rock in Cardiff city centre in July 2011. I am currently volunteering as a Venue Rep for Ponty's Big Weekend Fringe and helping out with Artist Liaison for Rhondda Rocks Festival at The Factory Music Venue in Porth.
I play guitar in a band called Colourful Thief. In September we supported Erin Lang on the Cardiff date of her UK tour and have also had the pleasure of playing with The Broken Vinyl Club, We Are The Physics and Scriber.
Music is what drives me, it is my passion in life.
