Since 2019, I've worked at the digital health company, Health Union, managing interactive and supportive communities for people with chronic health conditions like IBS and lupus. I work directly with advocates living with the condition who write about their experiences. It combines my passions for connecting people, sharing important health information, and advocacy.
Prior to this role, I was a web content specialist for a major academic medical center. I have more than a decade of diverse writing experience which began with feature writing and developed into general assignment reporting, consumer health news, and scientific trade news.
Outside of work, I have an unmatched appreciation for the arts, live music, networking with peers, and volunteer opportunities.
