For some of us, life is a long and winding road. After working in the automotive industry, getting a PhD, spending time as a college professor, honing my home improvement skills, owning a small business, and becoming one of the 'long term unemployed' thanks to the most recent recession, I am now trying my hand at being an author.

That is NOT to say I have given up on engineering! I am still searching every day for a Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering job, but sadly I know that each day that goes by makes that route that much more difficult.
