Sampo Hämäläinen

Sampo Hämäläinen is the founder and managing director of Futurice Germany. He joined Futurice in Finland as a software engineer back in 2005 when it was a startup of 15 people and moved to Berlin in 2010 to start a new international business for the company from scratch. He has worked both in technical consulting positions as well as business development and leadership positions in rapidly growing environments. Sampo holds MSc degree from Helsinki University of Technology with additional studies in Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship. He believes in positive energy and humor, lean and fast failures.
