Currently working on the Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Government Information Network Management Center. Here, I am develloping three major digital media communication challenges:

> The creation, structuring and implementation of the first e-learning structure of the Portuguese Government. Project that intends to implement the first integrated e-learning system among the various government offices.

> The structuring and modernization of the video streaming ecosystem of the main moments of the Portuguese Government, namely the actions related to the Prime Minister Cabinet and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. It's a multimedia project integrated with the main social networks of the Portuguese Government (Twitter & Youtube).

> Design, frameworking, implementation and management of various multimedia and digital communication projects and availability of transversal digital content to all the cabinet members of the Government of Portugal. Projects included in public administration digital transition programs supported by European funding.

Former Digital Multimedia Communications Manager at the University of Porto. During this role he's developed three major challenges in the area of digital communication in the University of Porto:

Former multimedia developer, instructional designer and E-learning course instructor at the University of Porto Distance Learning Unit. Work that was internationally awarded with the 2012 Honorable Mention from the Elite Award for Excellence in implementing Information Systems for Higher Education from EUNIS (European University Information Systems Organization). In 2013 he becomes the winner of this prestigious european award. During this period is role was key to the initial momentum of the videoconference technologies at the U.Porto and the structuring of the video in education area at this institution, positioning it as a national and international reference in these themes.
