For five years I fought for worker rights in the Office of the Solicitor of the United States Department of Labor serving in my latest position as a Senior Trial Attorney. I am most proud of a case in which I got a fired railroad worker re-hired with back pay and seniority. The railroad worker had been fired because he demanded a portable toilet and refused to relieve himself in the bushes.

I have been blessed to have been married to my wife, Carla for thirty-seven years and to have three grown children, and three grandchildren.

My practice includes consumer bankruptcy law in Texas. With over thirty-five years of legal experience, I first started my law practice in San Antonio in 1986. Since that time I have helped many families save their homes, vehicles and other property using the federal bankruptcy laws.
