A little about me…

I’m a Wife and a Mother of four beautiful children… Three rapidly growing boys followed up by a little girl that has brought so much love to our family (and a lot more pink around)!! I am also a local Real Estate Broker at Platinum Properties NW and have been selling real estate in the greater Puget Sound area of Washington State since 2005. My biggest job of all is baking, cooking, cleaning and feeding this ever growing family of mine!

I started Blogging just recently in January 2014. I was always guilty of posting some of my favorite goodies and dinners on my personal Facebook page… I would get questions and requests so I thought why take a little extra time and take some pictures during the process and post them on a blog to share with everyone. Needless to say I would consider this my other “job” but I love it so much it never feels like work ;) I’m having a great time and everyday I feel like I learn something new! My favorite part of all is connecting with others that enjoy the food like I do!

The biggest thing for me and my family is that I want to know what goes in our bodies. In this day and age there are so many processed foods and preservatives added into everything. I really could go on and on about that… but I don’t want to bore you too much. Basically I like to make things from scratch as often as I can… Not only did I see a dramatic drop in the cost of our monthly food costs but I feel like I’m more aware of what I’m feeding my family. It’s also a plus to pull the kids into the kitchen with me and have them help me prepare their meals… they love it!
