Sandy Kojo-Andah, M.B.A is the founder and principal consultant of Skills Sharing Consult.

She has had her education including varied practical training and work experience in Ghana, UK, South Africa, Senegal, Switzerland, Singapore, Portugal, Hungary, Netherlands and Germany.

Her background was initially in corporate banking and she also has in-depth experience in entrepreneurial development, customer service, public speaking, report writing, successful self management, CV preparation, interview skills, personal development etc

Sandy is a member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) (UK & Ghana), International Communications Training Institute (ICTI) UK and the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (IHRMP) Ghana.

She has served on many boards and has had varied experience in managing various clients be it multinationals or SMES thus bringing a wealth of experience into her training sessions.

She is considered one of the best corporate and personal training coaches in Ghana.
