I am an Executive Coach, Corporate Learning Facilitator, Entrepreneur and Human Resources Consultant based at Hyderabad, India. I have worked with organizations that encouraged innovation and excellence like the Holiday Inn Hotels, Dr. Reddy's Foundation, LEPRA Health in Action, Sightsavers International and few others in Human Resources leadership roles.

I am a certified happiness coach, assisting individuals and corporate leaders on realizing their innate potential towards achieving their goals, while keeping their well-being as top priority. I have worked with highly reputable Multinational Corporations as a Coach.

I have also been a start-up adviser, representing a Global network of Entrepreneurial ecosystem and a Positive Psychology practitioner, one of the very few in India. My education includes an International MBA in Leadership along with a Master of Arts in Psychology.

My work as a corporate learning facilitator makes me engage with smart individuals and groups on contemporary themes such as Team Effectiveness, Executive Presence, Limitless leadership mindset, Positive Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Diversity & Inclusion among others.

I am a Business writer as well, having written books for Bookboon (Denmark) and one of the prominent ones is on Positive Psychology.
