Over the course of his medical career, Dr. Sarad Baral has maintained a firm dedication to the well-being of his patients in and near Crisfield, Maryland. Working as an attending at Edward W. McCready Hospital, he has become well known throughout the community for his frequent house calls. In addition to serving patients at the hospital, its emergency room, and nearby Byrd Tawes nursing home, Dr. Sarad Baral delivers compassionate medical care in as many as 10 patient homes each day. He continues to work as an attending at McCready, in addition to serving as president of Everest Medical Center, PA. In leading his Pocomoke, Maryland-based private practice, he oversees the direction of three local nursing homes: Snow Hill, Hartley Hall, and Arcadia. Dr. Baral has more than 15 years of medical practice experience.

Dr. Sarad Baral is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and is certified to practice in both Maryland and Virginia. He attended medical school at Rajshahi Medical College in Bangladesh, receiving additional training at the Kaplan Educational Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Baral completed his residency in internal medicine at Pittsburgh’s UPMC-McKeesport Hospital before accepting his position at McCready. Recognized for his attentive patient care and professional contributions, he has received the hospital’s outstanding service and contribution award.
