Based near Brecon (but with a tendency to roam!) I'm a trained and initiated Shamanic Healer offering Shamanic healings which include all the usual techniques such as soul and power retrieval, extraction, depossession, past life and regression work, plus a few which are little known or recently re-discovered including Shamanic Body Art (my own development), and the profound journey of Soul Regeneration. I also love to work with sound including drums, flutes, gongs, singing bowls and the voice. I offer healings, energy clearings, and guidance for people, businesses, homes, the land, animals, and anything else or any situation that presents itself, if necessary gathering groups together to perform the work with greater power. I'm also a Reiki Master, NLP practitioner, Masseuse, Body Artist, Trance Dance Facilitator and a qualified Bushcraft instructor, with a current CRB check which enables me to work with children and vulnerable adults.

I love to travel the world and previous trips have taken me to North America and Canada, Hawaii, India, Africa and much of Europe. My teaching work ranges from regular Shamanic journeying and women's spiritual development and healing groups, to basic Shamanism workshops, Practitioner training, inspired one off workshops and weekends, Vision Quests - and Shamanic Bushcraft days for those who want their bushcraft with less 'survival' and more connection to Spirit.

I'm also a maker of beautiful deerskin drums, rattles, fans, and other unique Shamanic tools, which are imbued with the prayers and intentions of the person who dreams them, and are often beaded, or painted with power animals... I use this eclectic and wonderful mixture of talents and skills to help people find more joy and connection to Spirit for themselves. This inevitably involves being real and meeting our authentic selves with courage, honesty and humour - it isn't fluffy and makes no sensational promises - but it IS deeply powerful and loving, and usually comes wrapped in some serious fun! Wild in the sense of true wildness.

Learning and development are central to my being. Life's journey has been a neverending spiral walk of beauty, healing and learning, and I feel huge gratitude and honour for who I am and my place in this incredible Universe, and to my many teachers along the path - be they human, animal, nature being, or spirit.
