Sarah, a native Bay Area resident, started her career in the financial industry. First working for Prudential Securities in Palo Alto, she acquired her Series 7 and 63 at the age of 19 becoming one of the youngest Registered Sales Assistants. She transferred to Deutsche Bank Alex Brown in the Financial District of San Francisco in 2000. After working for 3 years in the industry she decided to go back to school and started taking classes at Foothill College in Los Altos Hills.

At Foothill Sarah became very involved with campus life and extra-curricular activities. Working p/t at a research and innovation lab through college, she assisted a "mad scientist" and inventor in his retirement endeavor.

She has gone on to work with tech start-ups, wearing many different hats.
