Sarah Farrell
St. John's, NL
Sarah is a third year student at Memorial University who is interested in communications, good corporate governance and new business development. She has always had a keen interest in being involved, which originates from a number of the organizations she was involved with in high school. This includes, but is not limited to, being appointed vice-president of the first ever Interact society in her town.
Undoubtedly, Sarah's true passion for communications and problem-solving originated from her involvement with the Nova Scotia Secondary Schools Students' Association (NSSSA). It is working with this student leadership organization that she gained meaningful experience in event planning, sponsorship generation and professionalism - all before high school graduation.
Now working to complete a Bachelors of Business Administration at Memorial, Sarah is still using these skills and experiences in her everyday life. Working part-time for the university, taking a full course load and still finding time to volunteer, she is enthusiastic to find her next challenge.
