I am a Radical Collaborator and an Optimistic Radical, currently living in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa (Auckland, New Zealand). I Lead Change For Good at The Mind Lab, NZ innovative postgraduate education provider, where I combine my 25+ years experience in various international senior and executive roles including as Chief Responsible Management Officer, with my insatiable drive to build more capability to lead the changes we need for a future that is socially just, economically inclusive and environmentally restorative
I am also CE and co-founder of global non-profit Match4Action and co-lead of our Joint Partnership CrowdDoing. I love to encourage passion to action towards sustainable business solutions. My interests and skills range from change to innovation, from entreprise risk to ethics, technology, people and process. I am also interested in capability building, systems thinking, service learning, social entrepreneurship and closing the social innovation gap. Not to forget I love spending time amongst native trees and veggie garden with my husband and 2 dogs in our almost off the grid place in beautiful Northland.
