ABOUT ME

I am a US Marine veteran, CEO of a Virtual Assistant Network & an International Wellness Educator. I love all-things health and high-performance.

I have a Bachelors in Organizational Management with a Human Resources emphasis and Masters in Business Administration.

HOW I GOT STARTED

16 years ago, the #1 question I got in Corporate America as a Recruiter was “How do I work from home?” I wanted to work from home too as I had became the sickest person I knew. Stress was high and quality time with loved ones was low.

I spent my vacation time either sick or traveling. You see, I love to travel. I was on a trip & I met a new friend. After a few discussions, I realized this person had what I was looking for. I was interested in being a healthy high-performer myself. I wanted to take life to my next level.

I had become the most-ill person I knew with 6 surgeries in 5 years, a major medical diagnosis and was told I'd be wheelchair bound in months. This was not the life I wanted to live.

That never happened.

I figured it out. Today, I am healthy and well, thriving and a high-performer in life.

I have run 2 profitable businesses since 2006. I am at choice of how I spend my days.

MY MISSION

It is great to be successful but it is better to help others be high-performers, live healthy lives, create wealth and get what they truly want and desire. For some this looks humble & modest and for others it is more extravagant. No matter how it looks for you, we all seek fulfillment.
