If you're like most of my prospects, you're probably wondering about who am I and what makes me qualified to promise these results…
My name is Satish Rao
Not so long ago, I was a successful executive working as the Head of Operations for a large delivery center based in Bangalore.
I used to manage a lot of people on different projects and activities.
Despite of having a great job and steady career growth, I really didn't feel fulfilled.
My responsibilities meant that I was subject to a punishing work schedule, overwhelming expectations and very little time-off. I rarely got to spend any time with my family or loved ones.
Ever since I started climbing up the corporate ladder, my life and my priorities had taken a 180 degree turn.
From being a strong individual , incredibly fit and healthy, I had turned into a fat, groggy and frustrated corporate executive who was just trying to get by.
Through all my younger years, I was socially active and spent a lot of time with my loved ones. But as time went by, I found very little time for them.
Most of the time-off was spent binge drinking with little or no time for my friend's and family.
In order to handle the stress created at work, I turned to smoking. It reached a point where I used to smoke up to 30 cigarettes a day.
Meeting company goals and growing ahead in my career was my #1 priority. Everything else had taken a backseat.
That's when something hit me.
I realized that the company doesn't care about me. It may be a respectable position with a very good pay and lots of other perks.
If I drop dead tomorrow, the company will find a replacement within the next 2 weeks. They'd barely be affected.
That isn't the case with my family.
To my family and loved ones, I'm just one Satish and if I die, the damage is irreparable.
I am irreplaceable for them.
But if I keep walking on the same path that I've been walking, here's what would happen a few years down t
