Samuel does not lack experience. He studied Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate at UIC, which laid the foundation of knowing consumer behaviors inside and out. He has consistently stayed at the forefront of the industry by keeping up to date on technology, market statistics, and the consumer. His first year in the industry, he was personally mentored by an agent whom ranked as one of the top agents in transactions at The Trump and The Elysian Residences at Waldorf-Astoria. He then transitioned into an integral part of the Home Discovery Team, which sold more than $90 million and ranked them in the top 10 agents in Cook County for 2013. On top of his passion for the luxury market, he is a very seasoned agent and has a diverse portfolio of transactions under his belt – co-ops, first time homebuyers, short sales/foreclosures, and rentals; Samuel always delivers successful results.

Samuel was a competitive swimmer for 18 years; ending his career on a scholarship at Chicago’s own UIC. He still carries a passion for the school and the sport.
