SCOE7 is an underground rap/hip hop artist from VA. He is a member of 200 PROOF and created R.A.W. PRODUCTIONS (roSCOEs audio wizardry). He has lived the hip hop culture since freestylin' and taggin' walls back in the early 90s. This has influenced his musical style as he focuses on the 90s style east coast rap genre.
