Scott Rodgers

I believe in the value and dignity of everyone.  My passion is to inspire others to pursue God's purposes with their life.  Living by my core values of authenticity, transparency, and personal integrity are very important as I try to 'figure it out' like the rest of us.

My contribution to our world begins with leading and loving my family.  It continues in my work within the local church, resourcing leaders for personal break thru, speaking, and giving a hand up to those who lack the fundamental opportunities that I enjoy.

I catalyze change by helping others see where they are, where they want to be, and how to get there.  My greatest joy is to help someone reach their potential.
