I surrounded myself with some of the brightest minds at Rackspace Hosting over the last 9 years. I led a collaborative effort to build strategic alliances, go to market strategies, and channel programs with Microsoft, Dell, Citrix, and their ecosystems. Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts meticulously groomed me for the apex of customer service leadership in Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations. I've tended to chapters of celebrities, athletes, even royalty.
