An accomplished professional with extensive experience in government contracting, Scott Heefner specializes in civil engineering and business management. Educated with a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Utah State University, he has earned the status of registered professional engineer in Georgia, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, and the District of Columbia. Highly active in his field, Scott Heefner maintains affiliations with the American Society of Civil Engineers, Project Management International, and the American Water Resources Association. He previously served as president of the Georgia Chapter of the latter organization.

In the 1990s, Mr. Heefner gained management experience in supervisory positions at Law Environmental, Williams Engineering, and other firms. Later, he held high-level responsibilities at Booz Allen Hamilton for more than a decade. More recently, in 2012, Scott Heefner took on a role at TASC as a vice president. There, he oversaw the firm’s financial and business analytics center of excellence. Currently, he is focused on developing new business initiatives for energy, environmental and international projects.
