Sean A. Bennett is communications professional with 7 years of experience who is passionate about journalism, social media & theater.

His start in journalism came as a teenager covering events for The Gleaner's Youthlink magazine, then moving on to writing entertainment & feature stories for The Gleaner & Star newspapers. There he developed a love for social media, creating & managing the magazine's online presence as well as several corporate and celebrity social media pages through the connections he made.

Always engaging, entertaining & ebullient, Sean started a personal blog in 2009- "From a boy to a man" documenting his journey from adolescence to adulthood. It was awarded 'Best Personal Blog' at the first Jamaica Blog Awards in February 2011. In 2010 he flexed his acting muscle, participating in the University of the West Indies' annual Dramatic Arts Festival 'Tallawah' winning the award for Best male monologue & repeated the feat the following year.

Today he’s a highly creative & motivated marketer who loves content strategy and community building, with a keen eye on developing and managing social media, marketing, PR strategies & campaigns for corporate and celebrity figures. His professional aim is to build, engage, interact, mobilize, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. He is highly skilled in brand building and brand presence with a client list that has included Miss Universe 2010 1st Runner Up Yendi Phillips, clothing store KeryManWomanHome, reggae gospel star Dj Nicholas, star sprinter Asafa Powell, Bikram Yoga Jamaica. He has also worked on promotional campaigns for Virgin Atlantic, The Jamaica Tourist Board, The Commonwealth broadcasting Association among others.

Sean is currently completing a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the Caribbean Institute of Media & Communication at the University of The West Indies and runs his own marketing and communications company-SocialEyes Jamaica.
