Sean Baggett

Based in California, Sean Baggett works as president of Academia Resource Compliance/Counseling Services, or ARCS, a company dedicated to providing services to supplement special education programs. He previously worked as a teacher with a number of educational institutions, including the Oceanside Unified School District and the San Diego County Office of Education, where he worked as an adult education and special education teacher respectively. Sean Baggett then served as director of special education and ELL at SEA Charter Schools. His peers nominated him as Teacher of the Year while at San Diego County Office of Education.

In his spare time, Sean Baggett maintains interest in a number of activities, including spending time outdoors and keeping fit. An avid athlete, he was an award-winning pole vault competitor in high school and college, and he received recognition for his snowboarding aptitude from the USA Amateur Snow Board Association. Furthermore, he enjoys attending live music concerts and is a member of Chi Alpha, a Christian fraternity.
