I enjoy Blogging and try to use my Powers for Good, by writing content that's designed to, not only "help me help you", (that link won't make any sense if you've never watched Jerry Maguire) but also give me the opportunity to let you see things from my point of view (I also just like writing).

I've been in Recruitment since the late 80s and over that time I've been involved in finding the right people for the right jobs in a variety of sectors.

I'm not interested in the 'spray and pray' approach to recruitment, firing off as many CVs as is humanly possible, I want to take my time to ensure I understand what your needs are regardless of whether you're a client or a candidate.

I'm not going to constantly push vacancies at you if you're a candidate, or candidates at you if your a client.
