I'm a coder and all around tech guy. I really like what I do. I enjoy helping people. Normally it happens by providing a simple answer or solution to their frustrating or overwhelming problem or challenge. Afterwards, they are thankful and sometimes give me too much credit. But all seem relieved and move forward with whatever they were trying to do.

I get this. It happens to me all the time. I have many frustrations. Technology is moving too fast. There are too many changes, and too many options. How do we stay up with it all, or even what's in front of you?

The answer is that you don't. As Mortimer Adler writes in HOW TO READ A BOOK - THE CLASSIC GUIDE TO INTELLIGENT READING, "We do not have to know everything about something in order to understand it. Too many as well as too few facts can be obstacle.

The main purpose of my blog is to focus on the simple; providing solutions that make sense and are helpful. I post several times a week about technology, coding, and things in between. I focus on the things that affect the average person using technology.
