Known to be a personable and creative individual whose sense of commitment runs deep, Sean Matthew McGarry possesses a dedication to hard work and a determination to succeed in the corporate world. He served as a Massachusetts State Trooper for eight years and is currently actively going for service in the private sector. He possesses the kind of go-getter attitude that should effectively serve well in the corporate field. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Salem State University in 2010. Sean graduated with a GPA of 3.65, earning the, “Outstanding Graduating Senior with Highest GPA in Chosen Major” award. In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts. Sean earned his degree in half the time that it typically takes while working a full time job. He completed his Master’s degree with a GPA of 3.755. Currently, Mr. McGarry is in the process of applying to post-graduate school where he aims to attain his Ph.D. Sean McGarry worked for several years in hotel security positions as a floater for a prior security company. This position focused on providing concierge services for the guests, which was less on an “observe and report” style of security services and more involved with guest satisfaction. Furthermore, Sean has had extensive experience in retail loss prevention, with several of those years spent in managerial positions where he was responsible for staffing, budgeting, discipline, payroll, CCTV systems, maintaining fire detection and suppression systems, maintaining OSHA standards and creating and implementing emergency and safety procedures.
