I believe that a society, based on relentless pursuit of economic gain, makes for a perilous future. Given the world’s wealth, no one should have to live in poverty and everyone should take education and health care for granted. It wasn’t long ago that company’s leaders were the scientists and engineers solving problems to advance humanity, but through mounting pressures of being publicly traded, those visionaries have largely been replaced by business school grads who are trained to put profit first. Today’s lifeblood of all our institutions is money and we don’t realize that the system, the society we live in, is no longer designed to help people.

Even though I am a creative director, I decided to also coach leadership, so that more purpose driven individuals with the ambition to lead, learn the skills to become CEOs and change the world we live in.

The one or two day course "Why Would Anyone Trust You To Lead" has garnered substantial praise, as it explores key leadership principles with emphasis on how to build a voluntary following.
