I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Wellness Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. I have been spreading the ripple effect of health since 2010 but I have also gone through health problems of my own such as 3 repeated cases of Bacterial Meningitis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Epstein Barr Virus, Candida, Leaky Gut and Weight Issues. I know what it feels like to struggle, seek out the answers then apply them, to actively participate in my own health. Nothing beats feeling good! I mean it! We only have one life to live and we are here (hopefully) a long time. You might as well feel good!
