I started doing some creative writing at the age of twelve. Part of that material served a few years later for my first poems and lyrics I penned for the band I joined years later as a singer and guitarist.

As a teenager, I immersed myself in books on the occult and soaked like a sponge esoteric knowledge, forbidden archeology and other matters of a spiritual nature.

I persevered while continuing my studies which landed me a B.A. in History, a Certificate in Journalism and a Master's Degree in Education. I worked 27 years as a journalist for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. During that time, I honed my literary skills by self-learning the screenwriting trade and penned five film scripts.

These experiences prepared me to embrace why I liked doing best these days: writing books. In 2012, I wrote and self-published my first book, in French and in English.

Under a spiritual banner, We only live once and On ne vit qu'une fois, available on Amazon, explore the fascinating world of consciousness and draw on ancient and current knowledge to demystify life, death and the cyclical return of the soul. My book states that life and consciousness are linked and cannot exist without one another. It presents a series of meditations and exercises to help unleash the power of consciousness.

I am also busy as a journalist, technical writer, political analyst and coach. And I always, always make time for my family, my friends, meditation, yoga and walking my dog!
