Serena Tonus

As a highly-motivated and results-oriented services designer and marketer within the consumer/retail and luxury
sectors, I have worked at companies such as L’Oreal Paris, LVMH, Sambonet, and The DNA.
This work experience has allowed me to develop not only industry-specific knowledge, but also transferable design,
marketing, and communication skills.
In addition to working in both Europe and Asia (Seoul), I have had experience studying in 3 different European countries (Italy, Germany, and Sweden). I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Product Service System Design at Politecnico di Milano in 2009, and attended the Service Design Intensive Course at Central Saint Martins University in London in 2013.
These experiences have given me international exposure, and allowed me to get up to speed quickly and cooperate
effectively with teams in dynamic environments.
I work well with others. I seek new ideas and perspectives and I am really passionate about what I do.
In Asia, being challenged by the hyper dynamic environment, I had the opportunity to work within the new technology market and improve my skills through research, observation, interviews, analysis, business knowledge, communication and adaptability.
