I believe in future-centric good businesses.

This is why I founded Ogunte, the award-winning social business, in 2001, and Make a Wave, the first incubator focused on women social entrepreneurs.

My vision is to create "a better world, powered by women". It's not about doing more of the same with another gender, but instead allow 50% of humans to have a say in how we live, think, trade and care, in order to provide for everybody, equally. To date, we have helped 4500 women social entrepreneurs to learn, lead, and connect.

When I don't run Ogunte, I am a founding partner at Conscious Innovation. We provide rapid prototyping experiences, helping individuals and organisations to explore possibilities, future scenarios, to change people's world.

I am an RSA Fellow, an advisory board member at Match International Women's Fund, and European Women's Lobby WeStart Campaign, and a member of the Future Shapers Network.

I am from Brittany (France). I've lived in the Netherlands, Brazil and the UK, speak 5 languages and am passionate about the way we learn and communicate.

I love playing Capoeira, and world music. I am a mom to my year old son Milig whom I love love love...
