“A designer works through and for other people, and is concerned primarily with their problems rather than his own” — Norman Potter, What is a designer? (1969)

In my view, the only important thing about Design is how it relates to people and this core belief lies at the heart of everything I do as a human-centred designer and service innovation coach.

Clients come to servicejunkie looking for a skill-building solution that will solve their innovation challenges and ignite a culture of change. Picking a professional, experienced design thinking coach is a crucial step in getting your managers to think like a Designer when creating new value: for your organisation and for the customers you serve.

My passion is designing and facilitating co-design workshops, providing experiential learning that engages the creativity of your people and gets them solving your customer problems like a designer.

Co-design workshops provide an opportunity for participants to understand each stage of the service design process — before experimenting with the methods & tools designers use to innovate.

Your teams can apply their learning in your organisation; generating ideas, prototyping solutions and developing new or improved services that will make your customers and employees happy.

My purpose is to serve you, by guiding your teams though the design process and transferring my knowledge & experience — drawn from over 25 years of solving human-centred problems by design.

My integrity reflects a consistency in my actions, values, methods, principles, expectations and outcomes.
