Shahzad Ali

Shahzad co-founded Get Licensed - a training and staffing platform for security workers. Since its inception, Get Licensed has helped over 300,000 people start a career in the security industry.

Shahzad had humble beginnings. He moved to London from Karachi and worked as a Security Guard for G4S at a BP garage in East London and considers that his most impactful learning experience.

As a graduate of Harvard Business School (OPM) and a serial Entrepreneur, Shahzad has exceptional awareness of subjective and objective forces and often provides guidance and mentorship to Entrepreneurs and Senior Leaders within and beyond the world of business.

Shahzad is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) and the Conservative party's Business & Entrepreneurship forum. Shahzad served as the Education & Mentoring Chair of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) London chapter.

Shahzad is on a mission to spread joy, knowledge and prosperity.

Shahzad studies ancient philosophy when not conceiving bold marketing campaigns, developing products, or teaching business.
