Hello, thanks for stopping by. My first name is pronounced [Shaun-tay]. I have included a few things to know about me below, you will also find more info regarding my experience in media.

I am passionate about media and communications. As a result, I like to be fully versed in all things digital and in order to do so I believe you have to be open to learning, admitting what you do not know, and having new experiences even if that means switching roles periodically to not become complacent, and lose your sense of "fire." Work life balance is important to me because if you have worked in media you are aware it's a fun industry, but can also require a lot of your time and can be challenging. I don't believe in burning yourself out, but I will show up everyday to get the job done. I also prefer working at a company that is culturally diverse, the environments in which we work should reflect the world that we live. Thus far in my career I have gained experience in the following areas:

•Programmatic, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Video and Content Curation, Display, Mobile, Retail, Auto, Entertainment, Travel, Finance, CPG & eCommerce, Audio, DOOH, CTV, Native, Print and TV Journalism, Healthcare and Religion based advocacy work

I take a hands on approach to life and I strive to get things done and over exceed expectations and pre conceived notions that people have due to their personal experiences. Being a native of Jamaica, I see people for who they are, and what they do, race and ethnicity is not as important to me. In Jamaica our motto is "Out of Many One People," which means everyone is one despite their race or ethnicity. This is how I continue to live my life, and I am happy that my country has instilled this way of thinking within me.

To stay ahead of my craft I enjoy learning new skills and staying on top of industry news. AdWeek is one of my favorite publications to read. I also enjoy attending AdWeek in NY and also any industry event whether in tech or media and entertainment.

I am bright, adaptable, and inquisitive, and always seeking opportunities to gain more of a competitive edge by strengthening my talent and skills. I enjoy understanding how things work and why, and I have an interest in psychology, and behaviors.
