Shawn is currently a PM at Microsoft on the Azure Storage Engineering Team in South Florida. Previously he was a Sr. Software Developer & Architect for DRN Data in Ft. Worth TX. Shawn was a Sr. Developer for Woot.com, a division of Amazon.com, where he helped work on the behind the scene systems that ensure you got your orders. Shawn was a Staff Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he specialized in intranet & smart client development for internal line of business applications and business intelligence. Besides his day job Shawn also is an Adjunct Professor at The Florida Institute of Technology (http://www.fit.edu).

Shawn has an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in Business Administration. Ha also earned a Masters of Management Information Systems degree from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Computer Information Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology. In addition Shawn has worked as an Adjunct Professor for the Florida Institute of Technology and for Seminole State School in Seminole County Florida.
