Shea Di Donna

Shea Di Donna has focused her career on making the world a better place for entrepreneurs.  She is a founding team member of True Ventures, where she is currently a Vice President.  At True, she focuses on Strategic Communications & Founder Services, creating such initiatives as True University, TEC: the True Entrepreneur Corps, True Talent, and the True Founder Portal.  Prior to True Ventures, she founded the Art of Organization in 2004, which focused on increasing efficiency & effectiveness with small businesses.  She has worked in the venture capital industry for ten years and was previously an Analyst in the CEO’s office of Barclays North America.

Shea graduated magna cum laude from Dickinson College with her BA in English and Psychology with Honors and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Psi Chi, the National Honor Society for Psychology.  She also holds her MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
