Professionally speaking, I began my career at Tucows as a software reviewer and I maintained the software libraries over at Tucows Downloads for over two decades. We retired that site a few years ago, marking the end of an era.

For several years, I managed content and SEO for Ting Mobile, Ting Internet, Hover, and other Tucows brands. A few years ago, they recruited me into the new Wavelo division, working for our Telecom Engineering division as Sr. Technical Writer. I've been with Tucows for a total of 25 years.

I'm a co-founder and co-moderator for our company's Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group. I'm an advocate for accessibility and disability rights in the workplace.

Early in my career, I was inspired to create a listing of free educational resources in wiki format, which I've categorized and shared over at LibrarianChick.com. The list has grown extensively, and updates are soon coming to the wiki format.

Creatively speaking, I'm presently writing my memoirs and learning to sew soft toys by hand.

I'm passionate about fractal mathematics and nature. They influence the art I create across many diverse mediums, both digital and traditional. Concepts like infinity and recursion are recurring themes.
