Sheri Roberts

Sheri Roberts is a goal-oriented, determined professional who currently works as a Senior Advisor for STS Capital and is a member of the Board of Directors for Genesis Water. At STS Capital, Ms. Roberts’ duties include working as an executive consultant to a plethora of private equity firms in search of mergers and acquisitions, on-site support and evaluation for the Management Team, and Confidential Information Memorandum analysis. At Genesis Water, where Sheri has worked for the past two years, her responsibilities revolve around water technology and the rapid separation of water and solids from mining, oil industries, and dredging.

As a well-trained and educated employee in both the consulting and technology fields, Sheri Roberts focuses her career on leading some of the most talented business teams in high tech manufacturing environments. She has been recognized for improving organizations when it comes to developmental and execution strategies and has built businesses consisting of motivated, active-minded teams. Some of Ms. Roberts’ specialties include: Strategic Planning, P&L Management, Sales & Marketing, Legislative and Government Advocacy, Crisis Planning & Management, and Consulting. As a consultant, Sheri proves to be an exceptional leader as she coaches, evaluates, and advises various services within that market. She helps corporate businesses with restructuring and developing personalizes process goals in order to dramatically improve the success rates of particular organizations.

Ms. Roberts is also extremely involved in community service and stands as an advocate for a multitude of organizations for the betterment of humanity. To start with, Sheri is a strong advocate for women leadership on an international level and supports Women on Boards, Global Board Ready Women, and Women Corporate Directors. She has also helped establish a chapter of YPO (Young President’s Organization) called GlobalOne, which promotes international relationships and connections through a global network of leaders. YPO’s main focus is designed to help communities through the development of businesses with strong leadership foundations. Furthermore, as a Houston native, Ms. Roberts is an active participate of the Civic Leadership Forum that occurs annually at the Center for Houston’s Future.
