Shevonne Polastre

Shevonne has over nine years of professional experience working as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the government, nonprofit organizations, and information technology (IT) sectors. Ms. Polastre has worked on several projects where she has developed functional and nonfunctional requirements, led and participated in sessions with various stakeholder groups, and created various technical documents in Agile and Waterfall environments. Furthermore, she has helped manage projects through the design, implementation, and testing phases in accordance with project objectives. Ms. Polastre meets tight deadlines and delivers superior performance. Furthermore, Ms. Polastre works as a liaison between the client and the development. She has also contributed in the development of test plans, training, and end-user documentation. In addition, she has been part of Scrum development teams. Ms. Polastre currently holds a DoD Top Secret Clearance, as well as has her Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
