"In QUERENCIA, be the CATALYST who SERVES."

I am an Air Quality and Energy Consultant, a Behavior Designer and Tiny Habits® Certified Coach, an Ikigai Tribe Coach, and an Improviser.

For more than 30 years, I have worked in the public and private sectors. Yes, I have a Chemical Engineering degree from UC Berkeley, although rarely have I been asked to ChemE-ize anything.

As a Consultant, I serve the environmental and energy sector on air quality, energy projects, and environmental communications endeavors - think power plants, distributed energy resources, air quality permitting, EH&S, compliance practices, environmental regulatory market research, community engagement - for better air quality and healthier workspaces.

As a Behavior Designer and Tiny Habits® Certified Coach, I serve individuals' aspirations to create shared experiences - think interactions, environment, choices, and habit formation and practices - for personal and workspace cultural shifts and for equity, inspired by Improvisation and Servant Leadership philosophies.

As an Ikigai Tribe Coach, I support individuals seeking to understand and experience ikigai - think sense of meaning and purpose, service to others, daily living of expressing values - for discovering one's true self.

I believe each person can choose to create meaningful interactions. Let's choose to be those persons and co-create workspaces that don't suck.
