I am a young professional who is passionate about customer service. I like to help out wherever and whenever I can, enabling others realise their potential with the knowledge that in doing so I will realise my own. I have just started working at Microsoft as an IT Service Support Specialist, and I absolutely love it. For a few months I was Director of Social Media for Start Replay, a non-profit organisation owned by a friend and in that time I boosted their viewer base from 30 to 1500+ I also freelance as a graphic and web designer, and have worked for Dixons Retail as a Business Accounts Manager where I completely turned around the performance of a store that was rarely hitting even 5% of its sales target to often beating it by 10% or higher, as a result when we received our 1st Quarter results and I posted top sales within our format with a whopping 146.6% sales to target.
