Simon Whitbread

I've been in the Architectural / Building Services CAD industry since the early Eighties, during this time have set up and managed networks for 5 to 150 users, setting up CAD systems and standards. From 2002, I have been involved in training and implementation of all things Revit. This has included the full implementation of Revit Architecture to a leading NZ practice of over 150 to my current position of Revit Specialist, providing training and implementation services for a major Autodesk Solutions Provider. 

I love my family, my job, DIY and playing with my latest new toy, a '97 TJ Wrangler. 

Whilst balancing life, work, and occasional blogging - using the latest in iPad technology of course! - I'm also part of the committee for The Revit Technology Conference Australia (RTC AUS), enjoy speaking there and at Autodesk University, and if that's not enough, was co-author and technical editor for "Mastering Autodesk Revit MEP2012". A recent addition to my authoring: "Learning Revit MEP 2012" a Tutorial DVD. More on the way!
