If you want the sugar coated answer, Sinita is not the one to ask. Her direct, straight to the point, poker face solutions to life's challenges is what she delivers, but "It's ALL Love", she says.

As a multi-passionate individual, a certified Master Life Coach, with a degree in Communications Arts Broadcasting and building a grassroots nonprofit organization developing youth through the arts, Sinita always strives to break the glass ceiling.

Conducting workshops and seminars as well as booking speaking engagements for women and young ladies of diverse situations and backgrounds has allowed Sinita the ability to speak to, connect with, encourage, inspire and challenge the next woman to be an even better person by taking her mess as an unwed teenage mother and sharing it as her message.

Through her I Am A Woman FIRST platform and soon to be released book, I Am A Woman First, The Essentials to Nurturing, Inspiring & Loving You FIRST (Spring 2013), her mission is for women to understand the POWER in nurturing, inspiring and loving themselves FIRST in order to be of greatest service in all other aspects of their lives.
