Stephen is an international Investor, Advisor and Oceaneer.

Stephen works with Corporations, Investment Funds and High Net Worth Individuals to optimise, protect and grow their assets.

He has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering strategies that improve asset optimisation and business profits. He is regarded for his ability to build relationships within businesses, initiate new business practices and strategies, while achieving the best outcome for the organisation.

A strong understanding of Finance, Accounting and International Business has enabled quick implementation of new business practices and strategies both at an international and local level.

Stephen seeks investment opportunities in mature, profitable companies, with solid management teams, where the current owners are seeking to exit. After acquiring the business Stephen works with the management team to put an optimisation and acquisition strategy in place and then list the business on a major stock market.

With his first hand knowledge gained from undertaking his own investments over the past several years, Stephen brings to his advisory work skills in Capital Raising, Restructuring, Asset Optimisation and Internationalisation that will optimise and protect assets and increase the enterprise’s value.

Stephen is an experienced Oceaneer exploring opportunities to research and protect the Oceans, though his social enterprise Wonders Below.

Recently Stephen has teamed up with the founders of Australian Oceanographics and several Aquarium owners to build Research Aquariums and platforms around the world, this network of research focused aquariums and their attached research vessels and specialty equipment will allow research programs to run simultaneously in several locations building a more detailed knowledge base to help further exploration and protection of the oceans and their wonders below.
